Description:
Knee-High Academy Preschool and Enrichment Center offers a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment for its students. Knee-High Academy provides preschool education and tutoring services. The preschool education is for children between the ages of 3 ( only if toilet trained) and 5 and tutoring for students of all ages.
Preschool Education is based on The Connecticut Framework: Preschool Curriculum Framework. The goal is to prepare children for kindergarten and for future academic endeavors. Children will be exposed to reading, writing, mathematics, science, technology, etc. They will have time in their academic day for socializing as well as independent development.
We offer tutoring for all grade levels. Tutoring is offered in most subjects, including Spanish. We want our children to succeed in the classroom because no one needs to be left behind! We want the children of the Wallingford community to be successful global learners.
Knee-High Academy Preschool and Enrichment Center is for students not currently enrolled in a full Pre-K program or need a little extra boost in the academic area of Pre-K. Students are scheduled for a one hour, one-on-one session with an instructor focusing on phonics, numbers, letters, etc.
*We also offer English & Spanish lessons for adult students.
Schedule:
Knee-High Academy Preschool and Enrichment Center & Tutoring Center will be open Monday through Friday from 9am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm.
Saturday hours are strictly for The Tutoring Center located on 43 Hall Avenue, 3rd Floor, Wallingford, CT .
Monday-Friday: 9am-8pm
Saturday: 9am-2pm
